1. Introduction

   Scope. This Privacy Policy describes TellMyGov's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information. TellMyGov receives your information through our various web sites, SMS, APIs, applications, services and third-parties. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country that you reside in or create information from, your information may be used by TellMyGov in the United States or any other country where TellMyGov operates.

   Children under age 13. The protection of children is a central concern of TellMyGov. In an effort to protect children, TellMyGov does not permit any child under the age of 13 to register for the Website. If TellMyGov discovers personal information has been collected from a child under age 13, TellMyGov will delete that information upon discovery. If you believe that TellMyGov might have any information from a child under age 13, please contact TellMyGov Customer Service immediately.

   Parental Supervision of Minors, Age 13 or Older. Any minor permitted to register on the Website (a minor 13 years of age or older) may only register for the Website under the supervision of such minor's legal guardian. Further, TellMyGov may, at its sole discretion and at any time, add additional protections and/or restriction for minors using the Website.

2. Information TellMyGov May Store

   1. At the time you register for the Website, you provide TellMyGov with certain personal information about yourself, including your name, email address, gender, and birth date. After you have registered, you have the option to connect with other people and share further information about yourself. In the event you choose to share such additional information in the form of uploaded content and you do not wish for the metadata associated with that content to be stored by TellMyGov, you must remove all metadata prior to uploading the content.

   2. TellMyGov may retain the details of transactions or payments you make on the Website. However, if you do not want us to store your payment source account number, you can remove it using your account page.

   3. TellMyGov may track of some of the actions you take on the Website.

   4. TellMyGov may collect information from computer, phone or other device used to access the Website. Such information may include information about your browser type, your location, your device's IP address, as well as the pages you visit from that device.

   5. TellMyGov uses "cookies" to make the Website easier and more efficient to use. Cookies are also used to confirm that you are logged into and using the Website. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases that may impact your ability to use the Website.

   6. TellMyGov may retain information from advertising partners and other websites in which they share information with us.

   7. TellMyGov may collect information about you from other TellMyGov users.

3. Privacy Settings on the Website. Your privacy settings control how your information is shared on the Website. Prior to sharing any information on the Website, you should consider your privacy settings. Your privacy settings control:
   1. Who can see your contact information such as your email and phone number(s);
   2. Who can see your personal information, including gender, birth date, religion, etc.; and
   3. Who can see your posts.

   Although TellMyGov provides privacy settings that allow you to closely monitor the dissemination of your information, TellMyGov makes no representation or Warranty regarding the security of your information or that the privacy settings on the website will be able to prevent misuse by any third-party.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties.
   1. Advertisements. Advertisements on the Website may use methods to measure the effectiveness of such advertisements and to personalize advertising content. However, TellMyGov does not share specific personal information with advertisers without your authorization.
   2. Links. Any time you click on a link on the Website, you may be directed out of the Website. Accordingly, TellMyGov is not responsible for the result of any information you share with any third party on any website other than the Website.
      
      
5. How TellMyGov Uses Your Information. TellMyGov uses your information to provide service to you that are customized to compliment your interests and your Website settings. Among the many TellMyGov Services, your information may be used to:
   1. Determine the service that may most interest you by methods designed to measure your interest in such services;
   2. Prevent potentially illegal activities, and to enforce our Terms of Use;
   3. Contact you with service-related announcements deemed necessary to keep you up-to-date on the latest Website developments;
   4. To expose you to advertisements that may be of interest to you. However, TellMyGov never shares individually identifiable information with advertisers. In the advertising Order process, advertisers merely select certain generally identifiable criteria (age, sex, profession, etc.) to narrow the audience who may be exposed to certain advertisements;
   5. Suggest friends who you may know;
   6. Suggest as a friend to another user;
   7. Complete business transaction between you and a third-party and/or between you and TellMyGov; and
   8. Comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect TellMyGov's rights or property.
      
      
6. Modification of Your Personal Information. If you are a registered user of the Website, you may use the Services to modify the personal information you provided to TellMyGov and the personal information associated with your user account. In addition to modifying your account, you can also permanently delete your user account from the Website. Please contact Customer Service to delete your account. However, please note that after deletion, your account information, although not visable to others, may be stored by TellMyGov as described in the Terms. Note: althought you may have deleted your account, information you post on other user's pages may remain visable until deleted by that user.
   
   
7. Revision to Privacy Policy. TellMyGov may revise this Privacy Policy as deemed necessary by TellMyGov from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be on the Website. If TellMyGov makes amends this Privacy Policy in a manner that TellMyGov, in its sole discretion, deems material, TellMyGov may notify you. By continuing to access the Website and/or use the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
   
   
8. Violations. In the event you notice or suspect any violation of this Privacy Policy, please report any such activity to Customer Service.
